Excavation

Major renovations will require an excavation process. Some remodeling will require a removal process of materials such as stone, tile, or concrete. And some remodeling will only require simple cleaning.

Framework

A wooden framework will be built outlining the perimeter of some additions like a spa or pool extension. This will be used for both in-ground and above-ground additions.

Concrete

Concrete bases or a concrete floor will be poured to increase the stability and longevity of some larger additions or renovations.

Rebar

If sprayable cement is being used, the structure will be reinforced with a cage-like structure made of rebar. This rebar helps the shell of your addition take and maintain its shape.

Gunite

Gunite, a sprayable form of cement, will be sprayed onto the rebar to form the shell of your addition. This shell will then be left to cure for a few days before finishes can be added to it.
